Ready Made Web Packs
With a Ready Made Web Pack allows you to pay a small setup fee to get a Pre-Built Layout Design, created for the business category of your choice and then a small monthly fee that provides you with the tools you need to control your site after it's live and online.
HOW IT WORKS:
Choose the Business Category that suits your website needs
All of the styles you will see are Demos (demonstrations) and will be filled with simple Demo content and pictures.
Of course, after you've made your selection, I will take YOUR logo, photos, and content information and make the site your own. If you have all the content for your project ready, the entire design setup could be completed in about 3-5 days.
Then I will set you up with your Owner Control Panel (O.C.P) that will give you the power to easily make changes to your site - 24/7.
T.I.P: Things like your content information for your pages, photos, a logo if you have one, all these things you can easily email to me and I will include them in your site during the initial setup. This way, when I provide you with access to your O.C.P at the design completion, your site will already have content on it and will be ready to set live without waiting longer.

Site Tune-Ups & Insurance Plans
Site Tune Up
A Site Tune Up is a request you put in when ever you need updates, have problems or issues with your site. A Site Tune Up is a One-Time purchase and once processed, I will work on your site to make the updates or fix any / all damaged codes, errors, etc.
No matter how small or how big the issue is, this is an Hourly Service and the current Site Tune Up fee must be paid, but it's at your convenience.
Covers up to 1 Hour of Minor Site Changes Only. Please see Terms & Conditions for further details.
Site Insurance Plan (S.I.P)
Site Insurance Plan is a Monthly Recurring fee and provides requests depending on the optional plan selected. These plans have been discounted to help you save for be subscribed monthly. The lowest plan provides One Request per month while others provide two and even four per month. You should choose the plan that you feel would suit you best as if you do not use the plan one month, it Does Not carry over into the next month. This plan should be viewed just as the name suggests, Site Insurance. You may pay Medical Insurance for months before going to see the doctor and this may very well be the case when subscribed to my Site Insurance plans. March, April and May you may not need Any Changes, but June & July, you may wish to put in a request.
If you are subscribed to one of these plans, you will not have to pay the much higher Hourly Rate, but in some cases, the hourly rate the Site Tune Up provides my be better for you. It all depends on YOUR want & needs for your website. Though, it's better to be insured than not to be. In the event you are, and you need changes, simply send in a support ticket stating what needs to be done. As long as it's a Minor Site change which is covered by the plan, the change requests will be made and you can continue your day worry free.

OVERALL:
Site Tune Up - Better for less frequent changes. If you do not anticipate that you will need to make alot of changes to your website, this may be the better option for you.
Site Insurance Plans - Better for more frequent changes. Need content changed on your pages? fresh, new photos uploaded all the time? Prices or Events posted for your visitors? One of my Insurance plans would be the route to take.
